Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Braeside VIC (Melbourne). Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

How long does delivery take to my state?

After dispatch, Australia Post standard delivery is typically 2–4 business days within VIC, 3–6 business days to NSW, ACT, QLD, SA and TAS metro areas, and 5–10 business days to WA, NT and regional areas. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Standard tracked shipping is free on orders over $79 Australia-wide. Orders under $79 pay a flat $9.95.

What are the Christmas order cut-off dates?

For standard delivery before Christmas, order by 20 December for VIC, 18 December for NSW, ACT, QLD, SA and TAS, 16 December for WA and 14 December for NT. Regional areas should allow extra days.

What is your returns policy?

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, and the customer pays return postage. Faulty or damaged items are always covered. Contact us with your order number to start a return. Items should be unused and in original packaging.

Do you have a first-order discount?

Yes, use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order. It is limited to one use per customer.

What are your bundles?

Bundles group items that are used together, such as our Beach Day Kit and Christmas Picnic set. Buying the bundle costs less than buying each item separately. See them all at /collections/bundles.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify's secure checkout. Card details are processed by Shopify and are never stored by us.

How do I wash a sand-free beach towel?

Cold machine wash at 30°C and air dry. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron, and wash separately as colours may run.

How do I care for bamboo storage furniture?

Wipe the bamboo with a dry or slightly damp cloth and keep it out of standing water. Fabric drawers can be removed and folded for cleaning.

Are the insulated cooler bags food safe?

Our Jumbo Trolley Cooler, Jumbo Cooler Backpack and Cooler Stool are lined with food-grade aluminium. The Cooler Tote has an aluminium foil lining.

How do I track my order?

You receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number when your order ships. If it has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us with your order number.
